This individual must be diligent and intentional as they will be responsible for the assembly and receiving of products that maintain CDC compliance within dental offices. • The nature of this position is one that requires strong attention to the details and specifics - where a great deal of time is dedicated toward production of critical products and receiving of vital tests from clients (within our warehouse)

• Ability to remain content and focused on each step of the process without interruption

• Attentive to details coupled with the physical stamina required to remain on your feet for most of the duration of each shift

• Willing to share your knowledge and ideas with Team Members

• Must have a strong work ethic; self-motivated; enjoys working within specific timeframes and a casual management style

REQUIREMENTS

Job Title: Warehouse Operations Associate


Position Purpose

Production Team Member in repetitive or semi-repetitive processes such as counting, wrapping, stamping, connecting in the assembling dental products. Adaptable to meet growing demands without jeopardizing production standards. Keeps records of water tests received. May route incoming goods to departments. Prepares products for shipment. Prepares identifying information and instructions to be included with specific products. Understanding of specific purchase orders and/or daily work orders to the desired outcome of products. Will be trained on the process of water testing and interpretation of results within the Lab; requires extreme awareness and excellent hygiene.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITES

Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Provides diligent assembly of products required to successfully complete (or exceed) daily total production needs.

Interfaces with Manager and Team Members to ensure customer order deadlines are met.

Extreme detail and caution in the process of testing water from dental offices.

Interpret scientific results of testing outcomes.

Data entry of results accurately to specific dental office/clients.

Engage in projects or process planning that includes people, resources, equipment, and floor space needed.

Fully comprehends the flow of materials needed according to work orders.

Flexible and adaptable to meet production schedules and/or completion of water tests without compromising company standards.

Recommends measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and quality of product.

Proactive in maintaining safe working conditions and use of equipment for all Team Members.

Confidently resolves work problems or assists Team Members in solving work problems.

Motivated in achieving goals regardless of outside circumstances.

Confers with Manager to coordinate priorities and best approach for the day.

Reports machine and equipment malfunctions to Manager.

Performs activities proactively without being micro-managed.

Interprets company policies and engage in safety regulations.

Maintains an appropriate relationship with all employees.


DUTIES AND TASKS

Requires functional and effectively operational flow of each employee for everyone's success. Receives information in the form of tasks. Work is reviewed based on meeting quality, schedules, and efficiency standards.


SUPERVISION GIVEN AND RECEIVED

Works under direct supervision. Follows detailed instructions and reports any deviation to lead/supervisor. Carries out responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.


QUALIFICATIONS

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Skills/ Knowledge:

Requires the ability to learn established quality and quantity requirements. Acquires job skills to perform very routine tasks.

Language Ability:

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before employees of the company.

Math Ability:

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to perform such math functions within Excel.

Reasoning Ability:

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with few concrete variables in standardized situations. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Apply common sense and understanding to carry out responsibilities.

Computer Skills:

Working ability within Microsoft programs, specifically Excel.

Education:

Requires a high school diploma. Incumbent may be in the process of earning credit hours toward an Associate or Technical Degree and has the essential knowledge of the specified area.
