Job Description

Qualifications & Responsibilities

The role focuses on all aspects of product planning and management that include customer needs assessment, competitive analysis, gap analysis, pricing, positioning, testing , physical rollout, promotion and product success measurement. They must develop and maintain strong interrelationships with sales, client services/production, IT, consumer insight, analytics, marketing, vendors and other Epsilon partners.

The role of the VP, Product Management, Data within the Epsilon organization is accountable for maximizing the long term profitability and sustainability of our data products and services. The scope of this role includes establishing short and long term strategies for the growth of these products leveraging existing and new products; leading all product development, promotion planning, product training and enhancement initiatives and driving their execution through the organization with the help of cross functional partners.

This role is expected to be a role model for the organization demonstrating the leadership skills that promote and foster Epsilons core values and culture.

Experience & Skills

  • Senior marketer with 10+ years experience, who can work independently
  • Familiar with Abacus systems and products
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Partner management working with partner vendors, source desired partners
  • Product management product development, product definition, execution planning, promotion planning with marketing teams
  • Project management develop plan and work cross functionally to keep project on track
  • Process development and management develop processes for execution in conjunction with internal partners
  • Have a pulse on the market and client needs
  • Ability to train and present product offerings with benefit statements for sales and clients
  • Ability to present product vision and define high level requirements to engineers and statisticians for enhancements and new product development
  • Manage ROI across products based on costs to maintain verses revenue and when to grow or sunset products
  • Facilitate exceptions of product uses between sales and delivery teams
  • Ability to define and manage product roadmap of 12M to 3 years
  • Manage a team of product managers
  • Work across product teams to collaborate and develop thought leadership and additional audiences
  • Experience communicating strategy to executive leadership.
  • Experience communicating thought leadership to clients and/or industry events.
  • Experience managing and developing team members.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.

Salary Range: $135,000 - $180,000
