Our client, an insurance company located in Newton, MA, is looking for an Office Manager to oversee the office of a staff of eight. This role will be onsite is slated as a temporary contract. The Office Manager will direct and route incoming calls, process incoming mail, maintain office supplies and inventory, interface with guests, and schedule the use of conference rooms. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of administrative experience, a professional demeanor, and a strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. This role can compensate up to $25/hour and will comprise of a Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm schedule. Qualified candidates are encouraged to apply today for immediate consideration.
