Adecco is currently looking for a temporary Recruiter to assist the local recruitment team. This is a first shift position, Monday - Friday (8am-5pm). Pay will depend on experience. Responsibilities: Provide administrative support for all Human Resources activities and processes including talent acquisition, interview scheduling, and generating on-boarding packets to applicants. Administers the filling of hourly production/ maintenance positions, as well as all other Non-Exempt positions. This includes the timely posting of positions, verification of eligibility, and guiding hiring managers on making fair, legal decisions consistent with state/federal laws and company policy. This position will also provide assistance with regards to Employee Relations activities including answering questions from employees regarding HR topics.
