The Sr. Marketing Operations Manager establishes and drives marketing processes to enable the full Sperry marketing team to develop global marketing stories that are told across all channels. Coordinates projects and drives cross functional alignment and communication in order to improve team's output and ways of working.

Drives deliverables for product creation and go to market milestones. The oversight of these responsibilities is geared toward delivering integrated marketing campaigns and toolkits, driving sell in and sell thru of key product stories.

Primary Duties:
Drives workback calendar and process to manage deliverables for key milestones across the product creation process and go to market.

Manages the development of seasonal category sales tools and sell-in toolkits for global product marketing stories.

Establishes and drives the campaign development process, from briefing to execution, ensuring all marketing teams stay in sync and coordinated on campaign development.

Develops marketing operations processes, agendas, tools to drive team productivity and enable best in class production and deliverables.

Supports international business by ensuring regional needs are considered and met and ensures assets are delivered on time.

Liaises with sales and product management to ensure marketing deliverables meets expectations and are delivered on time.

Ensures evergreen seasonal creative and copy is up to date, relevant, and on brand.

Ensures seasonal calendar is comprehensive of all channel activity and holds team accountable for keeping up to date.

Partners with account teams at creative agencies to drive timelines and quality deliverables and drives one voice feedback on behalf of the team.

Oversees the gathering of consumer insights/analytics across channels and translates these into brand implications which support and develop the strat-plan and brand positioning.

Drives full marketing team agendas and meeting cadence.

Performs duties consistent with the Company's AAP/EEO goals and policies.

Performs other duties as required/assigned by manager.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
• 6+ years of marketing experience, with operations or project management experience
• Forward looking and proactive self-starter that is detail oriented but thinks big picture
• Strong, credible and clear communicator with an ability to work across functions and geographies through excellent interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to drive through projects and achieve results. An ability to roll up sleeves and "go deep" as needed to improve performance and outcomes
• Able to multi-task and prioritize projects.
• Solid understanding of global markets; footwear or fashion experience preferred
• Comfortable in fast-changing, fast paced environment with tight deadlines.

WORKING CONDITIONS
Normal office environment. Travel may be required.
