About The Team

New Verticals is a new, lean team at DoorDash accelerating DoorDash's convenience & grocery offering. We are building and scaling new ways to delight our customers, leveraging the DoorDash platform. Within New Verticals, the DashMart team is launching dark convenience stores throughout the country.

About The Role

We are looking for a leader to manage and grow our DashMart Regulatory Operations team, utilizing first principles thinking to best position DashMart's use in each community. As the leader of this growing team, you will define and drive the strategy as it pertains to land use, zoning, entitlements, and alcohol permitting. You will work closely with our Real Estate, Construction, Legal, and Operations teams to secure the necessary entitlements to compliantly operate our evolving business. You will report into our Director of New Business Verticals on our Real Estate & Launch team in our New Business Verticals organization.

Pursuant to the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this position in Colorado is $140,000 USD - $175,000 USD with equity opportunities. Compensation may vary by geography
