Position Overview

The purpose of this position is to provide SharePoint application support for Kiewit Power in Lenexa, KS. Person will analyze business needs, design, and develop SharePoint related solutions.

Location

This position is based out of our Kiewit Englewood office located at 12510 E Belford Ave, Englewood, CO 80112. This is a shared service center in a professional office setting.

Responsibilities
  • Provide SharePoint end user support and training
  • Work with other SharePoint Analysts in identifying and proposing application system changes, enhancements and developments and as well as working with the SharePoint Development Teams.
  • Help support SharePoint engineering/construction project sites
  • Track work and time in applicable ticket systems
  • Attend SharePoint update/schedule meetings
  • Identify/provide specifications and requirements based on technical needs
  • Provide SharePoint testing support
  • Identify and resolve problems affecting SharePoint applications
  • Create and maintain process and training documentation
Qualifications
  • 3 years of experience in SharePoint/Web Application administration & support
  • Experience as a SharePoint Administrator in the analysis, design, hands-on development and support of SharePoint project sites
  • Knowledge in SharePoint O365
  • Knowledge in Power Apps and Flow
  • Knowledge in InfoPath form development
  • Knowledge in workflow development in SharePoint Designer 2013
  • Knowledge in List/Library modification and set up as well as general site design/permissions
  • Interpersonal skills with an aptitude for communicating technical issues to both peers and non-technical staff
  • Must have excellent written and oral communication skills and write clearly and concisely
  • Customer focus - understanding the needs of the internal or external customer and keeping them in mind when taking actions or making decisions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications

Preferred

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Engineering Technology, or relevant technical discipline.
  • Project Management skills
  • Abilities to listen and understand user requirements and translate them into technical solutions
