Job Description:

• 8-11 Years Experience with Solutions Business Manager (formerly Serena Business Manager)
• Demonstrated experience upgrading SBM to 11.4.2
• Demonstrated experience using Composer
• Demonstrated experience using SBM Work Center
• Experience configuring SLA's
• Advanced knowledge of configuring notifications
• Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) knowledge and experience with web services is strongly preferred, but not required
• Demonstrated knowledge with best practices of testing environments and processes
• Strong testing skills
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Must be able to perform assigned tasks with minimum supervision
• Strong documentation skills
• Experience working in an Agile environment is a plus

• Move all SBM environments to HTTPS
• Perform level 1 SBM tech support
• Add / remove users to SBM
• Change user permissions for SBM
• Add values to list fields in SBM
• Perform higher level support
• Add fields to projects
• Create & Update SBM projects
• Create & Update SBM forms
• Create & Modify SBM workflows
• Create & modify SBM notifications
• Configure SBM SLA's
• Assist with SBM data clean up - to prepare for migration
• Modify existing Crystal Reports in support of the above work
• Re-architect users, contacts and company's in SBM to better support processes
• Split overloaded projects to simplify processes and improve performance
• build out SBM Work Center
