This position will proactively build relationships with business unit leaders, provide guidance to hiring managers, and actively drive process improvement. They will be leading recruiting initiatives to substantially increase hires from underrepresented groups and have a strong understanding of diversity recruiting fundamentals. Must be able to thrive in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.Job Responsibilities:Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experienceEngage and partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirementsContinually source passive candidates for tough-to-fill positions and creatively source for niche rolesActively partner with the People Team on strategies, policies and programs that enable MBRDNA to substantially increase hires from underrepresented groupsStrategically plan and own a pipeline of exceptionally qualified candidates and maintain their interest throughout the entire processCoach and guide hiring managers on talent acquisition-related policies, processes, and interview skillsDevelop innovative recruitment strategies, manage the end-to-end hiring activities, and deliver exceptional service to all involved in the hiring processMonitor and ensure 100% compliance with the hiring process activities and resolve any discrepancies before completing the hiring processConduct on-going market research and analysis to develop innovative and effective sourcing strategies and provide market intelligence to the business as requiredDevelop sourcing strategies for immediate needs as well as long term branding.
