You will report into the Director of Sales Planning within the Sales Planning & Incentives organization. In this role within the Sales Planning team, you will combine strategic planning and analysis with operational execution. Responsibilities will range from strategic (designing incentives in consideration of our goals and strategy, and building agreement among sales leadership) to operational/tactical (setting quota and OKRs, driving plan implementation and ensuring metrics can be communicated and tracked).
