Apartment Community Resident Manager
South Bay Property/Asset Management Company seeks full time resident manager . Reporting to the Company Vice President, the Senior Resident Manager will be responsible for the coordination of all on-site property management operations and staff for a large, beach vicinity apartment community.
The ideal candidate ; has a minimum of 7 years' experience in the market rate resident manager role, and at least 3 years previous experience as a resident manager of a market rate multi-family community with a minimum of 200 units; is highly motivated and organized with a positive attitude; is a leader with supervisory experience, possessing the ability to train, coordinate, mentor and lead a team of leasing and maintenance personnel; is technologically savvy and proficient with Yardi 7, Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Minimum requirements : High School diploma or equivalent, 4-year college degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and work experience in the related field. Certification or designation from an accredited organization (ARM, CAM, CAPS, COS, CPM, MPM, RMP, ESQ) preferred but not required. English language proficiency (read, speak, write) and United States work authorization. Ability to pass a full background check. Possession of a valid California Driver's License. Prior property management of a large property of at least 200 units or more is preferred.
