In this unique role, you'll be directly responsible for data and insights into the effectiveness of the Tech TA team and strategic initiatives supporting the VP of Tech Talent Acquisition. You will also carry a small requisition load as you manage 2-3 other recruiters who spend their days finding, attracting, screening, and hiring tech talent for open positions at ADP. Your recruitment team manages the entire recruitment lifecycle for their assigned client group, including sourcing, candidate engagement, assessment of candidate suitability and fit, managing the interview process, and closing/negotiating offers. In return, you can build skills and a rewarding career within an inclusive and embracing culture. WHAT YOU'LL DO: Responsibilities. Champion the Candidate & Hiring Leader Recruitment Experience. You will represent the tech recruiting team on strategic initiatives and ensure the execution and adoption of new processes and tools. As a recruiter, you will manage an active candidate pool while ensuring that you and your team provide a positive and consistent experience for internal, external, and employee referral candidates and business partners. Data Analysis and Tools. You will produce quarterly reporting for the executive team using Excel and other visual tools that clearly show agreed-on metrics and data insights. As a recruiter, you will leverage the appropriate technology, tools, and resources needed to execute search strategies, especially as you work to find and attract passive talent. You will execute on the employer branding strategies, including supporting social media and digital platforms. Build Relationships throughout the Business. You will act as a consultant to the business and your team, advising them on market trends/competitive talent intelligence through developed expertise and knowledge, set clear expectations, and drive the hiring leader relationship. You will build and maintain strong partnerships with Human Resources, Global Employer Brand & Marketing, and other groups within ADP. Deliver Results. You will deliver results as measured by metrics, including cost per hire, data integrity, time to fill, candidate quality and diversity, process adherence, and candidate/stakeholder satisfaction. TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: Required Qualifications: Analytical Mindset. You have an analytical mindset and a talent for connecting the dots with data to reveal actionable insights. You are an expert in Excel and Powerpoint and can knit together multiple data sources into easy-to-read and insightful graphs, charts, and images. Relationship Builder. Whether working with candidates or the hiring leaders you support, you showcase strong client relationship skills, including proficiency in prioritizing critical issues, delivering feedback, and managing workflow. You possess strong consulting, relationship management, and negotiation skills. Organized Communicator. You're organized and can multi-task, set priorities, follow up quickly, manage multiple deadlines, oversee projects, influence without authority, and drive for desired results: BONUS POINTS FOR THESE: Preferred Qualifications: Strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
