At San Jose Behavioral Health, our counseling professionals provide treatment and support to assist clients in their recovery from behavioral problems and assist with modifying problem behaviors; may also provide counseling services to families of clients.
San Jose Behavioral Health is currently seeking a Per Diem Receptionist to join our growing team. Under supervision of the Manager of Administrative Services, the PM Receptionist is responsible for greeting visitors and callers, and is the first point of contact for patients. The optimum team player will work closely with all departments of the hospital, and provide assistance with administrative tasks and/or projects as designated. Must have excellent customer service skills, and the ability to effectively communicate both written and verbally. Candidates must have Microsoft Office experience- specifically with Word, Outlook, and Excel; and the ability to adapt to new programs and software.
Perform other functions and tasks as assigned.
High school diploma or equivalent. Prefer previous office, accounting or healthcare accounting experience.
