Job Title: Real-Estate Transaction Coordinator Real-Estate Transaction Coordinator Pay Range: $25-$30 Based on experience Real-Estate Transaction Coordinator Schedule: In the office Tues-Thur. Monday and Fridays from home. 8 hours a day. We are seeking a Real-Estate Transaction Coordinator for a project for the Asset Management group with a cutting edge property management company in Orange County! The RE Transaction Coordinator will be someone with an RE Administration background or who has worked in an Escrow office or Loans Department, that is able to handle the transaction from start to finish! Length of assignment: 4-5 month project Real-Estate Transaction Coordinator Scope of responsibilities: Review pipeline of properties being considered for sale/disposition by collecting data from appropriate sources and analyzing it to prepare meaningful and concise recommendations Work with local teams to review large scopes of work, property condition reports, repair bids, historical financial performance, field recommendations and market conditions and provide hold/sell recommendations to management Coordinate property sale transactions from start to finish, including coordination with local real estate agents, BPO valuations and list price recommendations, organizing property inspections, and other transaction materials Receive executed purchase agreements, supply the escrow or title officer with the necessary documentation and information to open files Communicate with HOAs to obtain required information and/or documentation Update internal systems with required data and documentation Maintain all documentation and files to ensure all the mandatory disclosures are complete Verify for completeness of all initials, signatures and dates before marking the purchase contracts as complete Initiate communication if documents require any additional signatures, corrections or amendments Monitor and assess the progress of the sale to ensure important deadlines are met Work with title, escrow, lenders to ensure successful and timely close of escrow Real-Estate Transaction Coordinator Qualifications: Will organize time, work and resources to accomplish objectives in the most effective and efficient way Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously Support and adapt to major changes that challenge traditional ways of operating Familiar with real estate transactions Ability to work well with others in a fast paced, dynamic environment Real-Estate Transaction Coordinator Minimum Requirements: 2-4 years of financial, property management or real estate experience Experience with real estate transactions (specifically residential) is preferred Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word Must be detailed-oriented and a self-starter Stay connected with Helpmates!Twitter - Helpmates Staffing ServicesHelpmates is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).
