An apartment building is seeking a Property Manager who will be responsible for all operational and financial aspects of a property and meeting company goals in those areas. You will work Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Job Responsibilities:
· Supervise leasing and maintenance staff, delegate and review work, maintain deadlines, training, and scheduling
· Maintain property occupancy by retaining residents and marketing property
· Approve lease applications, administer HUD recertification, run EIV reports, and process monthly HAP voucher
· Provide customer service to residents, resolve ay issues, and ensure maintenance completes service requests
· Contact and negotiate with vendors, obtain bids, and manage projects
· Inspect property and vacant units
· Recruit, interview, performance and salary reviews, benefit explanation, new hire orientation and terminations
· Complete internal training and property reports in a timely manner
· Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures
· Perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:
· Must have a High School Diploma or GED; some college beneficial
· Must have 1 to 5 years' experience as a Property Manager in an Affordable Multi-family and Conventional Housing experience
· Must have NAHMA or SAHMA, SCS, HUD, EIV, and TRACS Certifications; CPO and COS Certifications and Real Estate Licenses are beneficial
· Must be familiar with legal aspects and fair housing laws
· Must have strong organizational, analytical, creativity, leadership, and decision making skills
· Must have excellent communication, management, and interpersonal skills
· Must be proficient using Microsoft Office and have accurate data entry skills
· Must have a valid driver's license
