The Design & Construction Project Manager II provides professional architectural services for design and construction on all architectural work as it relates to remodeling, renovation and new construction projects within Baylor Scott & White; initiates and delivers projects that meets with BSWH to determine the clients scope, budget, timeline and expectations; meets with client to develop and document and further refine the project's scope, budget, timeframe, and expectations. In addition the Design & Construction Project Manager II negotiates, solicits, and receives bids and manages the work of outside consultants (architects, engineers, interior designers and vendors as required to ensure accurate and complete professional services that meet the needs of the BSWH project client and meet the time and budget goals and expectations of the projects. The Design & Construction Project Manager II will also coordinate activities, oversight, reviews and inspections related to services provided by BSWH personnel or agents acting on behalf of BSWH to ensure that all professional services delivered in-house are completed in a timely and cost-effective manner.
The ideal Design & Construction Project Manager II will be an experienced in project management, design, and construction experience with strong verbal communication, organization and interpersonal skills and can demonstrate mature business acumen.
