Job Details

What you will do:

Create and maintain project plans, risks, and issue tracker
Provide regular status updates to project team, external and internal stakeholders as well as other key players
Manage customer expectations
Monitor and control project risks and issues; escalate issues when needed
Plan, coordinate, and oversee testing schedules which includes integration testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Track customer issues being delivered in future releases
Develop and conduct presentations to internal and external clients via the web and in-person
Identify professional services opportunities outside of the negotiated contract and engage sales and professional services, as needed

We're looking for someone that has:

8+ years of experience leading and managing multiple Implementation projects in Agile environments
Knowledgeable with Microsoft Team Foundation Server and Smartsheets.
Strong time management skills.
Handles confidential information in a professional and discreet manner.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, and strong presentation skills.
Proven problem-solving skills and creative strategic thinking skills.
Strong relationship building and management skills.
Ability to work effectively and professionally with internal and external partners, including clients, vendors, and other agency partners.
Comply with all information security policies and procedures ensuring all confidential information is processed in compliant manner.
Must be a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
