Duties & Responsibilities

Establish and maintain open lines of communication with customer, partners, and assistant project managers ensuring concerns are delegate properly and customer needs are met.

  • Collaborate with administrative assistant to complete weekly operations report for mandatory BNA weekly meeting
  • Conduct weekly Airport walk-through with customers and partners for 2nd and 3rd shifts and review all concerns with the appropriate Assistant Project Manager and turn in customer quality control sheets monthly
  • Schedule project work, delegate assignments, review completion, and sign off for report to customer
  • Ensure proper use of supplies and equipment through the training and development of supervisors and employees
  • Ensure shift managers have completed all required training and other administrative duties with their employees assigned by the customer and corporate office
  • Ensure all required supply levels are maintained for the needs of the BNA contract
  • Oversee recruitment and hiring of employees for contract
  • Oversee the overall budget for the BNA contract
  • Assist in training of management trainees
  • Review the daily hours for the facility ensuring contractual responsibilities are compliant with customer's requirements
  • Review all safety incidents and ensure the proper procedures are being followed by all parties
  • Review supply orders and ensure
  • Ensure required communications to corporate/HR/customers etc. are done with clear and defined detail by all direct reports in a timely manner
  • Adhere to company guidelines for discipline and termination procedures and request guidance from HR for issues of performance and violation of company policies

Supervisory Responsibilities

  • Directly supervises office admin, assistant project managers, and 1st shift hourly supervisors
  • Indirectly supervises managers of business partners
  • Responsible for the overall supervision of all employees of the BNA contract

. Requirements:

Requirements & Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5-yrs janitorial experience is required
  • Be able to operate all types of cleaning machinery and equipment
  • Have working knowledge of budget analysis, labor distribution, field reports, and other pertinent records
  • Working knowledge of computer software including Microsoft Office Suit (Excel, Word, Teams, SharePoint) and building inspection programs is required
  • Ability to learn and use HR and Timekeeping programs such as NovaTime, Epay, PeopleSoft, or ADP
  • Be readily available 24 hours a day for emergency situation if needed
  • Ability and willingness to travel for meetings or to help in other areas when needed (10%)
