You plan requirements with internal customers and usher projects through the entire project lifecycle. This includes managing project schedules, identifying risks, and clearly communicating goals to project stakeholders. Your projects often span different industries and fields, and it's your job to keep all the players coordinated on the project's progress and deadlines.How you will make 10x impact:Strategic initiatives: Drive and monitor the execution of strategic initiatives (feedback implementation, extra resources (intern/AI resident hiring/onboarding), Partner management, etc)Team operations: Generally be a sounding board to the project lead. Identify opportunities and problems ahead of time as well as independently implement a solution or escalate with discernment. Design and build key operational structures and processes to ensure team works as efficiently and nimbly as possible. Plan and track program goals and budget.Communications: Represent the project when needed. Develop key team communications (vision, updates).Administrative tasks: Coordinate calendaring for C-level meetings and partner travels.Market and strategic research: Assist strategy team and project lead with market analysis, competitor analysis, and overall strategy.What you should have:Patience, positivity, openness, vulnerability, curiosity and appetite to learn.BA/BS degree or relevant experience.3 years of experience in a program management capacity, with experience guiding cross-functional teams through technology development milestones in a fast-paced environment.Skilled at project management, problem solving, communication, and partner management.Proactivity / ability to predict the future and build solutions to problems before project lead even knows they existUnstoppable - committed to finding a yes even when the initial answer is no.Independent - once onboarded, able to work with minimal guidance.Have a can-do mentality and is always a team playerIt'd be great if you also had these:Experience working with early stage projects or tech startups.Knowledge and experience in one of these domains: in biology, bioinformatics, robotics or machine learning, modeling, systems thinkingExperience in entrepreneurship and commercialization.Tools: Mastery of GSuite and project management software, e.g. Monday or Asana.
