Summary The Sales Representative will report directly to the Sales Manager and is responsible for providing substantial year on year revenue growth and increasing market share in DYOPATH's key commercial vertical.The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of hunting and generating new business. Essential Duties Work closely with prospects and team to understand key requirements and strategic direction, translate strategic thinking into actionable goals and design client solutions. Make business-to-business sales calls to identify business development opportunities Meet and exceed personal sales targets and lead generation goals Work with team to convey clientrsquos needs and develop actionable goals and solutions Establishing new business Negotiating contracts Quarterbacking resources to bring engagementsnew logos to closure Develop personal business plan covering sales, revenue, and expense controls, that aims at meeting agreed targets, and promoting the organizationrsquos presence Build and foster a network of referrals to create new opportunities for revenue growth Ensure accurate sales reporting using SalesForce.com, MicrosoftDynamics or other CRM. Qualifications Must have extensive sales experience in IT services, preferably managed services andor IT outsourcing. Advanced experience with Salesforce.com, Microsoft Dynamics or other CRM Must be self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills. Must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment. Excellent interpersonal skills proven ability to deliver high level presentations to management Excellent communication skills including verbal and written formats and ability to listen effectively.
