ULG is looking for an agricultural superintendent for direct hire located throughout the USA, travel will be required for this position. Ideal candidate will have strong experience in the agricultural area.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Drive Business Results
Advise project managers of any issues associated with the projects.
Conduct and control field meetings with subcontractors.
Develop three week look ahead schedules.
Develop a project site logistics plan.
Ensure jobs pass inspections.
Manage labor force to achieve optimum performance.
Review and understand equipment budgets and negotiate rental rates.
All other duties assign.
MUST be willing to travel

Remain current in all personnel are familiar with and adhere to safety regulation
Remain current in all company required safety training and certifications.
Champion Customer Service
Build effective relationships with customers, design team, subcontractors and supplies.
Create and foster a project team culture of far superior service to the customer.

REQUIREMENTS
MUST have 5 years of relevant superintendent experience.
MUST know how to read blueprints.
Proficiency in using industry related software.
MUST be able to work across the US and Canada
Duration: Full-Time (Candidate should expect to be at the Monte Vista project for 9 months before moving on to the next project).
Hours: M-F (occasional nights and weekends if needed for project)
Pay: $75k-$100k DOE
