Position Specifics:

o Manage vendors, contractors and supporting various properties' projects

o Write personal checks

o Compose/customize contracts using company format

o Arrange travel (personal and business)

o Calendar coordination, scheduling for CEO and key staff

o Enter, edit, and track data, utilizing Excel

o Create and facilitate correspondence

o Organize and maintain filing system

o Correspond with vendors and clients on behalf of CEO

o Coordinate lunch and other events

o Assist as needed - Reception backup, company errands

Job Requirements:


5+ years of documented superior service and job stability as an Office Manager and/or Executive Assistant

o Strong MS Office expertise, particularly with Excel

o Comfortable working in a document-driven, step-by-step, and real-time property, vendor, and accounts environment

o Construction, property management, commercial real estate office experience is a plus

o Proven dependability and self-initiative

o Excellent listening and communication skills - diplomatic, but not afraid to speak up
