A great privately held business in north Pinellas County is looking for an accomplished Office Manager for their facility.

Duties:

  • Get client & vendor contracts signed, changed, adopted etc.
  • Develop candidates for open roles, maintain the office staffing levels
  • Organizing maintenance activities to keep the office clean and safe and ensure its appliances are in good working order
  • Reporting office progress to senior management and working with them to improve office operations and procedures
