The Manager Business Management 3 serves as the Business Manager for all F/A-18 and F-5 Post Production Contracts and acts as the primary business interface between the Post Production Program Manager and the Director of Business Management.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Development of contract acquisition and execution strategies to optimize the financial performance of the Post Production portfolio
Collaboration with Cost Management and Program Management to develop the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Long Range Strategic Plan (LRSP)
Primary lead in developing innovative proposal and negotiation strategies in collaboration with Contracts and Pricing that exceeds customer expectations and achieves Northrop Grumman financial objectives
Conduct executive level briefings to Division and Sector Leadership for all business matters relating to the Post Production portfolio
Salary Range: 137192 - 205788
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
