Inviting applications for the role of Manager, FP&A
This role is responsible for providing senior management and executives with the analysis and information they need to make major operational, financial, and strategic decisions. You will be responsible for running the annual budgeting process, as well as managing cash flow forecast models, variance analysis, and other financial performance tools. The Team works closely with Finance Managers, Corporate planning and key cross-functional partners to bring more scale, efficiency, innovation and discipline to the financial planning organization. The person will be working across business units and departments to build close relationships, real and active partnership with both operations and management.
Managing Financial Planning and forecasting: Business wise yearly financial planning, forecasting for rest of the year (revenue and all cost lines including head count, compensation grid, capacity optimization, productivity targets, utilization levels etc.) and drive it through Performance reviews. Lead business analysis; whether it be optimizing data models and tools or to recommend and implement new ones. Provide decision support through modeling financial scenarios, profitability models and analysis around critical initiatives, efficiency drivers along with business metrics. Work on adoption of the standardized and streamlined reporting packs in consultation with business partners, drive Improvement strategies. To drive transformation projects towards business improvement strategies.
CA/CPA/CFA MBA Finance/B.com with proven experience.
Preferred qualifications High proficiency in financial modeling techniques. . Ability to learn quickly, think independently, and develop new processes/analyses as required. Proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint.
