Then take a look at this opportunity as Team Specialist!Responsibilities Development of training solutions for: • LEAP Programme - Curriculum and content for all roles impacted by LEAP • Service & Construction Academy - Key functional training for non-technician roles. • Ensure the procedures of training-path / -structure for non-technician roles. • Lead efforts towards ongoing development, improvement and maintenance of the Vestas Service & Construction Academy as responsible for the training structure / path in the Vestas Academy Catalogue • Ensures the LEAP training implementation, by supporting the SBU's in high quality of roll out of online and classroom content. • Deep understanding of the LEAP program and the one global way of working and one best-in-class digital platform to ensure the operational readiness and subsequent SBU implementation and continuous improvements • Manage development or improvement in LEAP projects, utilizing global and local training specialists and developers to meet project timelines. • Functions as the Subject Matter Expert & Specialist for the Global Technical & Safety Training organization in an area non-technician training role • Facilitates workgroups of Functional Subject Matter Experts from Group and SBU functions and aligns on single global solutions • Continuously develops new competencies and knowledge on non-technician roles, policies, and procedures to support training demand. • Supports training administration by providing necessary reports for training completionQualifications • Bachelor's degree in education or equivalent • several years of experience delivering formal training programs for adult learners • Possesses specialized knowledge, qualifications, or certifications applicable to Vestas products and processes.Competencies • Regularly works independently under limited supervision • Provide reports to development team lead on progress towards project goals • Ability to work in a team environment, regularly consulting with other knowledge experts in order to present most accurate and up-to-date information to class participants • Able to effectively interact and communicate, both verbally and through electronic medium, to several different departments within Vestas, both local and global • Subject matter expert level communication of complex concepts to a variety of people during a classroom or hands-on presentation, including assessing and checking for understanding • High level of knowledge on Vestas policies and procedures relating to service and construction non-technician roles • High level of proficiency on MS Office products, including Power Point, Word, and Outlook • Able to communicate in English. • Possess a valid driver's license; able to obtain a passport and Visa if requiredWhat we offer As a member of the Vestas team, we offer a competitive salary and one of the most comprehensive benefits plans in the industry.
