ADP is hiring a Lead Architect - Global Marketing Operations. The Lead Architect will be responsible for the development and support of our sales and marketing data warehouse through data integration, analytics, and reporting both on premises and in the cloud. As such, the ideal candidate will have both data engineering expertise and cloud development skills. The Lead Architect will initiate new projects/processes that improve data quality and insights and develop cloud-based solutions to standardize and automate data processes. The Lead Architect is responsible for ingesting new data sources- enabling additional segmentation, measurement, and activation capabilities across the client experience spectrum. This position will contribute to and execute on the roadmap for the marketing data warehouse as well as integration of budgeting and attribution tools. Lastly, the Lead Architect will be responsible for advanced data analysis and modeling. The location for this position is either Roseland, NJ or Alpharetta, GA. Main responsibilities: * Contribute to the design, development and maintenance of Sales and Marketing Analytics data architecture for Marketing Investments. * Initiate projects/processes to improve data quality, define data sources, reports and KPIs across multiple subject areas to analyze processes across different products and channels * Evangelize for standardization of code via source control and automated deployments * Work with business and technical leaders to present data analysis and suggest the enhancements to the data and processes that help in better marketing decisions and sales processes. * Work with internal stakeholders to understand new business needs, pain-points and gaps in analytics to drive the future enhancements of the data warehouse. * Help with the integration of the Budgeting and Attribution tools to the data mart and enhance our attributable driven ROI capabilities. * Advance predictive modeling and machine learning capabilities Qualifications: * 3+ years of experience in infrastructure, database architecture and setup of Amazon Web Services (AWS) -- Redshift, DynamoDB, Lamda, AWS Code Pipeline, AWS CodeCommit, S3 and Ec2 within the context of a VPC. * 6+ years of experience in data modeling and architecture, data warehousing, ETL, business intelligence, databases and advanced SQL * Experience creating complex data visualizations and analysis in Tableau * Experience developing Lamda functions and deploying code with AWS Code Pipeline * Experience developing in Python for data engineering, predictive analytics, and data visualization * Extensive knowledge in Marketing Automation, Digital Marketing, Sales processes utilizing applications like Eloqua, Salesforce and Google Analytics * Extensive experience in writing complex SQL queries to extract, transform and load data from large heterogenous data sources and perform data analysis to answer business questions * Ability to identify and articulate data driven insights with both business and technical teams * In-depth knowledge of ADP's vast data sets, specific business practices, procedures and data sources is preferred * Ability to receive and convert requests from multiple business leaders across different business units into technical solutions that fit business needs * Experience in working with multiple Relational (Oracle, SQL Server, DB2, Netezza) and NoSQL Databases (MongoDB, DynamoDB, DocumentDB). * Experience in building enterprise wide analytical dashboards and reports in Tableau and Cognos * Experience in big data technologies like Hadoop, Hive, Spark, Sqoop and Kafka * Experience in Advanced SQL (analytical functions), data warehousing concepts, data quality management, data modeling and performance tuning along with ETL tools like Informatica, Snaplogic and Talend * Bachelor's Degree -- Computer Science or equivalent * Knowledge of Marketing and Sales applications and tools like Google Analytics, Eloqua, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce CRM * Experience in Omni Channel Marketing Attribution, Media Mix Modeling and Digital Marketing ROI techniques * Knowledge about database architecture and schema design to create and load data to tables * Experience with ETL tools like Informatica and Snaplogic * Knowledge of cloud databases like AWS Redshift and S3 * Basic knowledge of API configuration to extract and load data into databases * Knowledge of reporting tools like Tableau is preferred #LITECH Explore our COVID-19 page to understand how ADP is approaching safety, travel, the hiring interview process, and more.
