Key Responsibilities:

  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment and juggle multiple assignments and changing priorities
  • Ability to work independently, meeting goals and deadlines with moderate supervision
  • Assists to support full client roster's day-to-day needs including: collecting assets, ensuring internal project calendars and trackers are up to date, and that campaigns are executed seamlessly
  • Assists with the management of the entire campaign execution process, ensuring quality assurance of all details, files, and communication
  • Works cross-functionally with all internal teams to meet business objectives
  • Supports Talent Coordinators and Managers with day-to-day activities, project execution and client strategy
  • Assists with the outreach for clients on upcoming opportunities
  • Monitor trends in Social Media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy
  • Drafts Talent editorial content for approval
  • Drafts pitch lists, organizes and maintains internal databases, resources and company assets on an ongoing basis
  • Participates in meetings and conference calls
  • Meeting/call coordination
  • Draft and distribute agendas and recaps
  • Shows proactivity, resourcefulness and tenacity in problem solving

Skills and Experience:

  • College graduate with 1-2 years of in-house and/or agency PR, marketing, social media or influencer experience
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment and working well under pressure
  • Experience coordinating and managing accounts
  • Discreet, professional and well spoken, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Extremely organized, methodical and efficient, with a good dose of common sense and initiative
  • Ability to manage employees and cultivate their growth within the organization
  • Creative and strategic thinker
  • Strong MS Office skills and Mac proficient
  • Knowledge of social media, blogging, Google Drive, CreatorIQ
  • Collaborative, hardworking and enthusiastic attitude

Working Environment/Physical Demands

Must have the ability to sit and stand for extended periods of time; exhibit manual dexterity to use a telephone, to enter data using a computer keyboard, and to perform; see and read a computer screen and printed material with or without vision aids; hear and understand speech at normal classroom levels and on the telephone; speak in audible tones so that others may understand clearly in normal classrooms and on the telephone; physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
