The HR Representative is a trusted HR partner to business leaders with a goal of developing and retaining the best in the industry. As the HR Representative, one will partner with business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies focused on talent management, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and employee engagement. To be successful in this role, the HR Representative must understand business priorities and apply HR acumen to support the business by providing the business with recommendations that improve performance, retention, and the overall employee experience. Additionally, the HR Representative is responsible for support and implementation of current and new HR processes and employee relations.

Essential functions and responsibilities, however not limited to:

  • Develops strong relationships based on credibility and trust with managers and leaders
  • Assist with employee conduct investigations
  • Assist with organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, talent management and employee engagement
  • Assist with assessing team and manager development needs, make recommendations, and implement appropriate solutions
  • Assist with coaching opportunities on performance management and other employee related issues
  • Maintains knowledge of current and emerging laws and regulations; Assures compliance with all federal, state, and local laws governing employment
  • Assists with design, distribution, interpretation, and application of HR policies and procedures
  • Execute talent management strategies to support team growth and employee development
  • Act as problem-solver
  • Ensure HR department efficiency by identifying areas of improvement
  • Partner with HR leadership team on key initiatives and projects
  • ability to assist with special projects as needed
  • Update HRIS system and file paperwork
. Requirements:
  • Preferred Bachelor's Degree
  • Preferred SHRM-CP or PHR certifications
  • 1-2 years of HR experience
  • Knowledge of and experience in multiple areas of HR (talent acquisitions, labor laws, benefits, payroll..etc)
  • Ability to partner with senior leaders to influence and drive change
  • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and ability to work in an autonomous environment when necessary
  • Ability to prioritize work to meet objectives
  • Ability to adapt and manage competing demands in a changing environment
  • Ability to exercise strong judgement, organizational skills and a sense of urgency
  • Customer-oriented with excellent follow-through
  • Strong computer skills including MS Office
