This position leads and is responsible for managing and executing various operational aspects of the entire Gilbert site and is a critical aspect of ensuring consistency and cohesion between the various functional departments in Gilbert. This position reports directly to the Site Director, is based in Gilbert, AZ and will become a key member of the site leadership team. The Gilbert site performs design, development, manufacturing, assembly, integration, test and launch of space systems. From low earth orbit and beyond, supporting all three of the TSSD Business Units, and positioning to support other divisions within Northrop Grumman. Qualified candidates will have demonstrated success in leading operational aspects of satellite manufacturing, integration, and test focused sites. This role interfaces with all levels of multi-disciplined organizations while interfacing with site and division executive leadership, along with customers. The position requires a solution-based orientation, unwavering ethics and values, and the demonstrated ability to be a trusted partner within the organization. Roles and Responsibilities:
Manage all space planning processes inclusive of classified, unclassified, office assignments, and work center (including labs and clean room space) allocation to functional departments.
Coordinate facility usage and provision of power, clean rooms, floors, humidity, network and infrastructure.
Act as an interface to other parts of Northrop Grumman when it comes to programs interested in performing work on the site and manage the New Program Induction Process
Manage the site notification and alert processes in conjunction with the local functional managers and directors.
Manage usage of and implementation of processes for non-stockroom/bulk storage areas
Common equipment owner to ensure proper preventative maintenance, scheduled usage processes and conflict resolution. Common equipment is defined as cranes, lifts, etc.
Overall management to ensure policy compliance and accountability for off network environments (enclaves)
Manage implementation and performance of the site wide 5S program; be a resource to lab owners and staff engaged in 5S
Interface and coordinate between facilities and Enterprises Services for infrastructure improvements and installations
Develop and manage clean-room gowning room operation and supply processes
Coordinate badge access approach to site w/ security and functional managers
Define, maintain and report site operations metrics at the monthly site operations review
Manage implementation and performance of the AssetSmart systems

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related STEM field
15 years of related experience
US Citizenship
Ability to obtain Top Secret and SCI clearance
