Compensation: $60000.00 to $80000.00 yearly
Our client, an established and rapidly growing real estate company, is looking for a Financial Analyst to join their fun and dynamic team. This position will assist in general financial review, operational effectiveness and reporting duties and will report to the Sr. VP of Operations.
•Reviewing and analyzing financial statements, operating budgets, rent rolls and capital expenditure budgets
•Creating financial analyses including cash flow projections
•Identify operational trends and inefficiencies through analysis of financial statements and operational reporting
•Assist in the creation and analysis of annual operating budgets
•Research ancillary income sources and cost saving opportunities
•Researching and evaluating economic, demographic and detailed real estate market data
•Presenting monthly, quarterly and annual property performance reporting to upper management
•Interact with various department heads, project managers and third-party vendors
•Special projects as needed

•Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or relevant business field
•1+ year of experience in an accounting or finance role, real estate experience preferred
•Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative information and translate into strategic deliverables
•Excellent written and oral communication skills including ability to communicate complex ideas and analyses clearly and succinctly
•Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
•Ability to work independently and with a team
•Strong proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint and Word
•Motivated self-starter with effective time management skills and strong attention to detail
•A desire to work within a fast-paced and collaborative environment at a growing company
