Investment Firm in Union Square is seeking an Executive Assistant/Office Manager to join their team. This role will support a CIO and three investment professionals and will help with the day to day running of the office. Duties include heavy calendar management and eventually travel coordination, phones, expense processing and liaising with building management and project managers as well as track and order office supplies. The role has the opportunity to expand over time should one be seeking growth. The office culture is more casual and relaxed. Hours are 8:30-6 with flexibility after work hours and salary is up to $100K plus bonus. This is an in office start, five days/week. Ideal background will include a minimum of two years' executive assistant experience from a corporate environment.
