  • Provide administrative support to a director, to managers and/or the entire functional department.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
    1) General office duties include, mail distribution, faxing, filing, photocopying, and ordering supplies.
    2) Create/prepare correspondence and presentations. Conduct Internet research and some web site management.
    3) Coordinate travel arrangements. Track monthly department budget. Prepare expense reports, and maintain department credit line for purchases. Ability to interpret internal policies.
    4) Maintain calendars and assist with the scheduling/facilitation of meetings. Provide departmental support and dedicated support to one or more professionals.
    5) Global interaction and exposure to senior levels of the organization. Exposure to confidential/sensitive information.
    6) May be involved with project management/event coordination.
    7) May have timekeeping coordination/input.
    8) May coordinate staffing activities to include interviewing, onboarding and transfers.

    Qualifications:
    Internet/Intranet skills and strong knowledge of PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Access and Lotus Notes. Ability to multi-task and prioritize workflow with minimal supervision. Detail oriented. Must have good organization and follow-up skills. Must have excellent communication skills in order to effectively communicate with all levels of professionals, both internal and external.

    Education and/or Experience:
    High school diploma or equivalent required. Some college preferred. Minimum 2-5 years of experience.
