You will be working on industry-leading mixed-signal SoC's for consumer mobile audio markets, supporting several growing product lines.ResponsibilitiesWork within a collaborative team environment to define, implement, and review DFT featuresYou will generate, insert, and verify Memory BIST logicPerform scan insertion and ATPG pattern generationHelp develop and evaluate DFT timing and equivalence checking constraintsPerform MBIST and ATPG pattern verification with gate-level simulationsIdentify and improve any test coverage gapsPerform test cost planning and analysisRequired Skills and QualificationsMSEE or BSEE with 0-3 years of relevant industry experiencePossess strong hands-on working knowledge on ASIC DFT design and verificationExperience in industry-standard EDA tools for DFT such as FastScan, TestKompress, TetraMAX, Test Compiler etc.Preferred Skills and QualificationsExperience with Verilog, System Verilog, or VHDLUnderstanding of low power test techniques and architecturesKnowledge of scripting languages such as Perl, Python, or TCLExperience with synthesis, static timing analysis, and developing timing constraintsStrong oral and written communication skillsExperience with flows and automationAble to work independently as well as part of a collaborative development teamHave a curious and inquiring mind with the dedication to follow through on getting answersExperience with debugging and root causing silicon problemsThis position is located in Austin, TXCirrus Logic is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
