  • Build relationships and managing client relationships while growing the Guidehouse portfolio
  • Lead multiple Revenue Cycle engagements concurrently and keeps teams and clients on track
  • Build strong relationships and manages existing clients while growing the revenue cycle portfolio
  • Produce quality of methodology and engagement deliverables with an emphasis on infusing innovative technology solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy
  • Provide strategic analysis/assessments for our clients resulting in long term RCM transformational work
  • Work collaboratively within a team setting
  • Influence the team's direction and promote the firm's core values with a lens towards becoming the #1 best in class revenue cycle consulting firm
  • Leverage your strong data analysis and EHR technical abilities toward positive client outcomes
  • Mentor, develop and coach new and existing staff

  • A minimum of four (4) years' experience selling revenue cycle and operation improvement solutions and consulting services to the larger health provider clients, with a track record of selling $3 million+ of services annually
  • At least ten (10) years of sales and/or delivery experience at the executive level of health provider clients, selling and delivering revenue cycle (back office, patient access, denials reduction, cost reduction, revenue cycle IT optimization and shared services) solutions into the healthcare industry with a proven track record in executive sales
  • A minimum of three (3) years of first tier consulting experience developing and delivering revenue cycle and operational solutions into healthcare providers with a proven track record of delivered success
  • EHR expertise across the revenue cycle discipline (preferably with Epic or Cerner)
  • Demonstrated success in solutioning and implementing innovative technical capabilities to significantly enhance the value of the solution
  • Track record of delivering / overseeing healthcare programs in excess of $5 million annually
  • Undergraduate degree required
