This role provides all aspects of finance support for the Global Renewals team within the Customer Success Organization ("CSO"). She/he is the primary point of contact for the forecasting, reporting and analysis of a $1.5B global renewals business. She/he will support the planning and forecasting of ~$20M in spend. She/he will develop, and leverage a team of finance business partners and build the business case for additional resources, if necessary.

Responsibilities

Primary support for the $1.5B Global Renewals business. This includes billings, annualized contract value, and subscriptions forecasting, as well as underlying metrics to support the forecast

Primary support for managing $20M the Global Renewals spend budget

Manage a team of finance business partners, which he/she will leverage and develop to meet the WW Renewal team goals

Partner with and leverage a team of financial analysts to determine the appropriate analyses, reports, and insights that support our Global Renewals business

Serve as the global finance lead for defining how we measure Renewal success. As our business models evolve, this role will help align determine the most effective measures of success that ensure our investment dollars helping us meet our growth targets

Provide financial counsel and support for the overall Renewal and Adoption strategy and related initiatives. Examples may include developing financial models to help the team understand the financial impact of certain business decisions ('what-if' analyses). Recommends improvements to achieve and deliver better results

Responsible for leading automation and process improvements in how CSO Finance covers the Global Renewals business

Drive alignment across WWFO and Go-To-Market Finance around forecasting methodology, reporting and tools

Viewed as the key business partner and member of line management staff for Global Renewal Team

Create detailed business case analysis for further investment into the Renewals/Digital Customer Success teams in CSO and corresponding further investment in CSO Finance support, if applicable

Play a key role in the annual planning process by modeling projected billings and subscriptions and engaging in ongoing dialog with the regions around expectations

Present outlook and business update to key members of CSO staff at least quarterly

Oversee the Global Renewals monthly expense forecast and the development of the annual expense budget for these teams. Ensure we land the quarter for spend within budget by collaborating across both the with FPA spend management team analyzing trends and business activities

Lead the development of annual Global Renewals team quotas and KSOs. Oversee quarterly commission calculation and forecasting process and review final commission computations in conjunction with the global commission teams

Implement and follow standards and policies as defined by Corporate and CSO senior management. Escalate exceptions or questionable practices to direct manager

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required (CPA and/or MBA preferred)

15+ years of related finance experience

Anaplan, SAP, Business Objects and strong Excel experience

Prior experience in a high tech organization with global reach

Ability to work on cross functional teams across the globe as well as to work independently

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and strong influencing skills

A strong willingness to learn and the ability to work with multiple personality types

Raw business acumen critical- the ability to understand the big picture and provide sound counsel to CSO management
