As a Crypto Product Manager within PNC's Asset Management organization, you will be based in Philadelphia, PA.As the Crypto Product Manager, you will lead cross-functional projects designed to improve PNC's operational efficiency and readiness. The role will work on scaling operations for our Cryptocurrency investment capability as well as managing all operational aspects pertaining to new Cryptocurrency initiatives. You will work with various cross-functional partners including: Product Management, Crypto Operations, Compliance, Legal, Investment Advisory, Portfolio Construction, Investment Strategy, and Portfolio Analytics to guarantee operational success and readiness within AMG.This role will be highly visibly and influential in determining the future direction of our cryptocurrency capabilities and overall strategy and vision enabling AMG to continue to grow and expand in this area.Responsibilities:Serve as a central point of contact for managing requests and requirements from other key business partners Coordinate with AMG Operations teams to ensure a seamless flow of information required for cryptocurrency operations pertaining to existing and new productsDefine and manage policies, procedures, documentation, and resolution pathsAct as lead liaison with legal, risk, and compliance to properly ensure regulatory requirements are being metDevelop, manage, and continuously improve our cryptocurrency processes to ensure the continual scale of the product(s)Partner with various Investment teams to ensure the cryptocurrency products and offerings are properly integrated within the broader AMG Investment Office strategyWorking with our employees in the field (Advisors, BDOs, etc) to ensure client needs are being sufficiently met and helping to ensure a smooth client experience is being met, and collecting new requirements and needs from the field Partnering with the various AMG teams generating client facing materials and helping to ensure the materials are meeting client expectations Preferred Skills/Experience:Knowledge or familiarity with cryptocurrency operations and performance reportingKnowledge or familiarity of regulations pertaining to cryptocurrency Experience conducting data analysis using any of the following: Python, SQL or R 2+ years hands on experience working with cryptocurrency at a financial services company Experience in defining and managing operational workflows for systems and processes pertaining any or all of the following: trading systems, systems for a crypto exchange, crypto custodian or crypto lending serviceJob DescriptionOwns the vision and definition of the product.
