The Corporate Accounting team is looking to add a driven, team-player that is eager to learn and grow. You will have the opportunity to own key financial reporting and process development roles within the corporate accounting team. You will be a key member of the team helping support operational and financial decision makers, working closely with the CEO, COO and CFO. While working directly with our Corporate Controller, this individual will gain the knowledge and development needed to develop in his or her career. This role is based at our south Lincoln, NE location.

The Corporate Accountant will assist in the preparation and review of monthly financial statements, perform monthly and quarterly reconciliations, develop and complete monthly, quarterly and annual analytics to evaluate the financial statements and performance, assist general managers and department managers with inquiries, and identify and own special projects. This individual will work in close collaboration with operational managers and the corporate team. Additionally, this individual will assist with cash flow management, inventory management and support external auditor requests.

Ability to analyze underlying reasons or facts surrounding financial reports
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal skills
Ability to collaborate with various internal and external partners
Capacity to adapt quickly and be efficient in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational skills, including ability to plan and prioritize work, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting with at least 1-4 years of experience in corporate or public accounting
Solid understanding of U.S. GAAP/ CPA preferred
