The Controller will step into a newly created role leading a team of 3, helping the firm build out its Accounting function during an exciting growth period.
Growing Real Estate Firm located in Philadelphia
Oversight of monthly and quarterly close for the firms properties
Preparation of expense reports, budgeting and presentation to CFO
General Ledger and Monthly close for assigned properties
Onboarding of new properties
Dealing with tenants/third parties
Act as Supervisor to 3 Accounts Admin/Accountants
Preparation of expense reports
Degree in Accounting, CPA an advantage
7-10 years in Accounting, with exposure to Real Estate or Property related accounting concepts
Ability to Supervise 1-2 juniors
Willingness to progress and help grow with the firm
Step into a newly created role and have responsbility for growing out the firm's accounting function
