General Contractor is seeking an Happy, energetic and highly organized full-time office manager to assist with day to day office operations. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Data entry, quickbooks online, Buildertrend, Scheduling of subcontractors and Gantt chart scheduling of jobs, fielding calls in a professional manner, data entry, creating estimates & invoices for customers with assistance from company owner and sales team. Replying to emails, identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team, maintain office files and documents in construction software. QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS: 3 years previous experience as office manager. Knowledge of Apple products helpful. Quickbooks online a must. Must know how to reconcile bank statements thru quickbooks online. Must know how to do AIA billing and pay apps. Good organizational skills and record keeping (attention to detail is critical). Cheerful presence and people skills. Good oral and written communication skills. Self-starter who can work independently.
