Assure all contracts are audited by Credit Manager prior to signing
Prepare contracts, bonds and warranties for signatures, return to customer and log when executed contract is returned[WG1]
Order all insurance certificates and riders required for the project
Coordinate acquisition of bid documents and scan documents
Request information from Owner/Engineer to complete bid books (e.g., insurance and bond requirements)
Log proposals and project information into estimating database
Prepare estimate folders, order bid security, obtain special insurance cost estimates when needed
Prepare, update, and distribute daily Cross Job Report & HIR Daily Summaries
Prepare/Distribute Market Analysis Report - Monthly
Project Management Support
Create Spectrum shell for new job/ Spectrum Project Shell creation, Insurance compliance, Contractor's license, Obtain W-9s, Performance Bond, Warranty Letter

- At least 1 year of Administrative Assistant experience preferred
- Well-founded grasp of Construction Projects
- Construction Documents experience
- General familiarity with Pre-construction
- Proven knowledge of Construction Industry Experience
- Construction Estimating experience preferred
- Practical knowledge of Preconstruction
- Comprehensive knowledge of Commercial Construction Projects
- Construction experience preferred
- Experience with Construction Industry
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Familiarity with using the internet for research tasks
- Capable computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems
