What You Will Be Doing

We like to describe this role as the key man in our business. This particular individual sees the sales cycle through completion- you will call on customers, estimate projects, manage, and billing. This person is responsible for the work-ability and profitability of the completed job. Seeking a hustler who has a sense of urgency about getting things done! We seek a highly motivated, Business, Engineering or Construction School graduate with business-to-business sales experience. We seek a relationship builder to join an experienced team with a great reputation in the industry. Exceptional compensation opportunity including company vehicle, profit sharing, retirement plan, insurance, etc. We will provide an excellent training/mentoring program for the successful candidate. We have successfully trained smart sales people with diverse backgrounds outside the construction industry. This candidate will be identified as a key person in our business, and to a large extent, functions as an individual profit center, frequently being directly responsible for all aspects of the specific job from inquiry solicitation through estimating (pricing the work), sales closing, job management and billing. Their responsible for the workability and profitability of the completed job. They report to the President and works with and through the field force to manage assigned jobs. They will call on commercial and industrial building owners, engineering, maintenance and facility managers. Base salary will be augmented by profit sharing when corporate and personal goals are met. They are a person who displays initiative and is decisive has a broad opportunity for personal growth and income, uninhibited by seniority. The trained, knowledgeable and well thought of with a track record of profitable jobs will be among the most highly compensated people in our company and in the construction industry.
