The Branch Manager is responsible for all branch operations for one location in Las Vegas, NV for Sales, Rentals, Parts and Service. The duties include managing financials, market share, employee relations, facility maintenance, all corporate and Branch procedures as well as John Deere dealer standards related to the branch.
Review financial statements and with branch departmental managers and adjust as needed to increase profitability.
Ensure the maintenance, upkeep and image of all assigned assets, including but not limited to vehicles, inventory, building and property.
Ensure branch compliance with administrative processes and procedures.
Review and manage branch customer account receivables and ensure that Corporate credit policies are followed including engagement in collection of any past due monies.
Employee Supervision & Development
Promote a culture of Safety to all branch employees.
Create and maintain a professional, trained and dedicated workforce. Identify employees with leadership abilities and contribute to the development of a potential succession plan.
Direct and supervise branch Administrative, Sales, Parts and Service Department staff. Conduct performance reviews annually with all employees and take indicated corrective action as needed. Assist in reviews of employees' performance and wage/salary with their appropriate manager.
Resolve employee issues with the support of Human Resources as needed.
Notify and assist HR with any employee issues that may arise promptly.
Ensure employee documentation and certifications are completed and submitted within the required time frame.
Develop and maintain training plans for employees including parts, service, sales and rental personnel.
Direct and supervise Branch Sales Managers including call activity, quoting, the sales process and subsequent delivery.
Assist Branch Rental Dispatchers in locating equipment needed for area rentals as needed.
Oversee ETC, Units Quoted but Lost, transnational pricing and other monthly Deere reports as required.
Increase market share in Deere, Construction & Forestry (C&F), and Compact Construction Equipment (CCE) product lines in the branch assigned Area of Responsibility (AOR) according to company goals including participation.
Ensure sales engagement and participation in all product lines represented by the Branch and or Company.
Direct and supervise Service and Parts Managers at the locations with oversight from the Corporate Product Support Manager.
Promptly address customer complaints and resolve concerns.
Increase customer engagement, interactions, and transactions within the branch AOR.
Develop and maintain monthly Customer at Risk list with interaction from all Branch personnel and appropriate Corporate Managers.
College Degree preferred in Marketing, Accounting or other business-related field.
Strong knowledge of finance, marketing, sales, operations management and inventory control.

At least three years of management experience in the Heavy Equipment Industry or any equivalent combination of education, experience, skills and abilities that enables the individual to perform the primary duties of the position.
Must have a valid driver license without restrictions and a clean driving record.
Proficient in MS Office.
Authorized to work in US.
Must be able to pass pre-employment drug test.
