Position Summary

Trade Management's Branch Manager its responsible for growing client and branch development efforts for the market. The primary responsibility of a Branch Manager is to achieve sales and profit goals for the office while operating according to company standards, policies, procedures and guidelines, coordinate staff activities in all office operations including sales, placement and administration.


Position Responsibilities

  • Direct branch sales objectives
  • Identify and develop new features and benefits for our service
  • Conduct and coordinate large presentation/sales activity
  • Follow up with clients on a regular basis, with emphasis on larger clients
  • Educate clients and staff on industry trends
  • Develop and provide solution-based options to clients
  • Develop effective business relationships with corporate managers and support staff
  • Profit and loss responsibility and accountability for the branch operation
  • Expense management in alignment with branch budget and actual
  • Log and document all communications and sales activities in operational software system
  • Provide ongoing training and development, coaching and teambuilding for staff
  • Lead and guide Recruiters in development and execution of recruiting strategies
  • Provide consistent and continuous coaching, counseling and disciplinary documentation of direct reports
  • Lead and coordinate community involvement and specific activities with appropriate local organizations and initiatives
  • Enforce staff compliance of all employment laws (EEOC, ADA, Worker's Comp., Unemployment)
  • Consistently evaluate and drive improvement with GM% net income return and gaining market share
  • Be able to work flexible hours and be on-call, when necessary

  • Excellent interpersonal relations and ability to effectively build relationships with clients and candidates
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Associate degree or High School diploma (or equivalent) with minimum 1-3 years of verifiable sales experience, preferably B2B selling
  • Strong affinity for business development, including service calls and marketing calls
  • A desire to increase business opportunities in your market by being actively involved in the community
  • Troubleshooting abilities to resolve problems or complaints of clients.
  • Strong communication and listening skills to apply a consultative sales process.
