This is a Bilingual Patient Scheduling Representative for a multi-site medical clinic organization. Our client is a non-profit clinic system who provides medial care to the uninsured population under the Medical Assistant Program (MAP).Pay ranges from $14.50-$16/hr based on experienceLOCATED IN NORTH AUSTINNEED to be available 7am-6pm Monday through Friday, rotating Saturdays EVERY 6 WEEKS from 8am-12pm.MUST type 40 words per minute on a computer keyboardValid HS Diploma or GED required-Clear BG Check & Drug Test-TB Tests, Flu Shots, MMR, Varicella, and potentially more. They will have multiple clinic visits for 2-3 rounds of shots.-Must be able to verify the minimum of 1 year of call center/health care customer service employment.The patient scheduling reps will be taking incoming calls and making outbound calls to help patients determine what the best clinic and location is for the patient based on their situation. Determining factors may include where they are located, the type of care they need, etc.Many of these callers can being going through a difficult time and be hard to communicate with.
