As the Audience Manager, you are responsible for driving the marketing strategy for our institutional client segment. These clients represent the largest retirement plan clients in America (both defined contribution and defined benefit), serving primarily two types of audiences: plan sponsors and consultants. With the retirement savings crisis in America, this role plays a noble role in helping the largest companies in America choose Capital Group's investments and help give their employees access to our investment management, and ultimately given them better retirement paychecks.This role is unique in our 300+ person Marketing organization in that the person must navigate a high degree of complexity with stakeholders ranging from Sales, Product, Service and other Marketing areas that use the marketing materials this team creates.There couldn't be a better time to join this team, as we're making significant investments to grow this segment of our business with large efforts in our overall client experience, an enhanced digital strategy, data, CRM, and point of sale tools and automation. You have abundant experience in retirement plan marketing and direct experience in Marketing Strategy & Execution. You are skilled in translating business problems into searing marketing insights, developing strategies and managing execution of projects including product launches, enhancements and extension/ongoing support for existing products as well as brand building marketing tactics. You have a deep understanding of the needs and preferences of institutional audiences, as well as a strong technical grounding in distinguishing characteristics of an organization's institutional offering and services, to enable creation and deployment of effective marketing strategies that will differentiate Capital in the marketplace. You are a proven leader with a track record of working with agile teams in developing and executing differentiated, break-through communications across multiple digital channels. You are known for your ability to partner with external agencies, internal senior marketing and digital leaders to develop optimal of campaigns in line with annual and long-term business plans.
