Administrative Support Needed in Menlo Park, CA for a Temp to Hire opportunity in the Biotech Industry!The ideal Administrative Assistant will support the NPI manager and the Operations teams providing administrative support within a dynamic and fast-paced business environment.Duration: Temp to HirePay Rate: $25.00/hr.**Duties and Responsibilities**+ Perform an extensive array of important administrative tasks. + Organize, manage and maintain department shared files and assigned corporate files.+ Assist in coordinating the execution of agreements, preparing standard recruiting NDAs, assisting with other NDAs and agreements.+ Create and track purchase orders in an online browsers tool.+ Initiate new vendor contracts by working with finance and legal groups to ensure all required documentation is captured+ Create or assist in the creation of presentation materials as needed using PowerPoint.+ Create and manipulate Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Microsoft Access documents as directed.+ Liaise with external firms or organizations to coordinate activities.+ Use considerable judgment and discretion.+ Partner with other administrative staff to ensure administrative support and provide back up support as needed.+ Attend meetings when requested to identify action items, deliverables, and follow-ups.+ Coordinate shipping and handling of small parcels that are critical to the business function. **MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**+ High school diploma+ AA/AS and/or advanced coursework, certifications, preferred+ At least 2 years of related administrative experience. + Knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office software such as Outlook, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, Access, Visio, Concur, etc.+ Ability to build a strong working relationship with senior leaders, employees at all levels and stakeholders (internal/external), maintain a professional and positive attitude.+ Experience in a fast-paced start-up and/or biotech environment, preferred.+ Ability to deal with ambiguity and have the agility to change course on a moment's notice.**Why Kelly** **®** **?**As a worker today, it's up to you to take charge of your career and look for opportunities to learn, grow, and achieve your potential.
