Residential Construction Coordinator

Our organization is hiring a Construction Coordinator to facilitate the day-to-day processes in our company. Growth opportunities are available.

Job Duties -

  • Customer Service Liaison
  • Schedule Roofing & Siding Crews for the Residential Department
  • Order materials for jobs
  • Safety and Workers Compensation reporting
  • Manage vehicle and mobile phones
  • Data entry and filing
  • Back-up billing, waivers, and accounts receivable


Job Requirements:

Qualifications -

  • Minimum 3 years office experience, construction industry experience preferred
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to organize and manage within time constraints
  • Ability to problem solve
  • Able to multi task
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Pass pre-employment drug and alcohol screening and background check.
