Our client, an investment advisor, is seeking an Administrative Assistant/Office Manager responsible for providing secretarial, clerical, office and administrative support in their New York office. Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to) greeting visitors and maintaining conference rooms, screening, answering, directing, and taking messages for the firm-wide main office phone line, creating monthly expense reports for senior team members, receiving, sorting, opening, stamping and scanning incoming correspondence and documentation, maintaining calendars, managing invoices, scheduling meetings, telephone, video and web conference calls, and performing general office duties such as typing, scanning, and operating office machines. This position requires very strong attention to detail, great organizational and planning skills, and a warm and friendly disposition. BA/BS preferred with at least 1 year of office experience in the financial industry. Bonus points for hospitality experience! Hours are: 8:30am - 5pm. Salary is $80K + paid OT + bonus + competitive benefits!
