Pay rate: $14.48
DESCRIPTION OF ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
-Provide general departmental support for copying, filing, creating mailing labels, preparing mailings.
-Data entry and reconciliation of time in support of payroll activities.
-Prepare and deliver administrative expense reports.
-Complete departmental projects as assigned Provide support to management as needed.
-Ensure the office space is kept clean, safe, and fully functional; respond to issues in a timely manner by alerting building management/outside vendors when repairs are necessary.
-Maintain functional use of Supply Room and Kitchen.
-Two years experience as an administrative assistant or office manager.
-Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
-Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to get along with diverse personalities: exhibit tact, professional attitude, maturity, and flexibility.
-Detail-oriented, highly organized, strong task management skills.
-Self-directed, able to complete projects/tasks with limited supervision.
-Strong project coordination skills with the ability to leverage others in order to complete projects.
-Rock-solid Microsoft Office skills - Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
-Ability to handle key assignments of confidential nature and maintain highly confidential information.
-Ability to build professional and respectful working relationships at all levels (internally and externally)
-A creative mind with the ability to suggest improvements.
